Working principle of round tube cold bending equipment: When working, the required cold-formed steel is pushed between the two active rollers by the auxiliary system door bracket, and the hydraulic system is started to make the hydraulic cylinder push the dovetail groove and the cold bending roller to cool. Pressing the steel, close the hydraulic system when the arc required by the design is reached, start the mechanical transmission system, make the active roller rotate and rely on the friction to drive the steel to move smoothly and slowly, thus achieving continuous cold bending operation. At the end of the cold bend, the mechanical drive system is closed and the hydraulic system is activated to retract the hydraulic cylinder. Place the cold-formed steel on the door bracket of the auxiliary system. This cold bending operation ensures the strength of the material, improves the quality of the supporting steel arch, greatly improves the work efficiency, and the operation is simple and clear. The cold bending machine has good working performance compared with the press.


Matters needing attention during the use of the mesh welding machine: 1. Do not move the gear, transmission sheave, sprocket, belt, chain, straightening machine, induction body, close to any part of the body or any object. Switches and conductors with dangerous voltages in electrical cabinets, transformers, etc. 2. Do not place the handle or object near the upper electrode that is being pressurized or placed between the upper and lower electrodes. 3. Do not remove or break the zero (grounding) safety protection line on the main unit and the electric control cabinet. Check the zero (grounding) safety protection line regularly. 4. When there is a fuse in the electric control cabinet, stop the power failure first. After the electrician finds the cause of the fuse, replace it with the fuse of the same type and specification, otherwise it will cause fire and burn the device. 5, the operator should always pay attention to see, listen, smell, early detection of accidents and equipment hidden dangers, when an abnormal phenomenon is found, should immediately stop power failure for inspection.
